Home to a family of five, this 1,900 sq ft (176 sqm) four-bedroom condominium has a monochromatic colour palette in the living and dining areas, which contrast well against the existing light marble flooring in the home.
Storage Space
The homeowners had requested for architect Luke Lim of Llark Architects to maximise storage space to allow sufficient display space for photos and mementoes collected over the years.
Kitchen
The dry kitchen has lots of cabinets and compartments for a neat, seamless look.
Dining Room Bench
In the dining room, a bench is incorporated into the space to offer additional seats, while maximising floor space in this nook as they’re designed to be flushed to the wall.
Black Marble Bathroom
The bathroom exudes a luxe, modern look, thanks to black marble-look tiles on the walls and floors.
Bedroom
The bedroom has a warm ambience, with a colour palette of timber-look and matte bronze finishes. The headboard extends to the ceiling to visually create the illusion of a loftier space.
Children’s Bedroom
As for the kid’s room, the residual recessed space from a protruding column was transformed into a low-height wall cabinet for the children’s collection of toys, designed with the silhouette of a townscape on the cabinet doors.
