A home should be a sanctuary that offers a calming and relaxing space for the owner. Even though the design ought to reflect the personality and lifestyles of those living within it, it shouldn’t overwhelm with its look or style.
Having a keen understanding of this philosophy, Chief Designer Stanley Tham of KNQ Associates proposed a clean and unfettered concept for the interiors of this apartment when the owners asked for something serene and peaceful.
Earthy Colour Palette
The colours in the living and dining areas are kept light and earthy, with a large blue wall panel acting as the main accent in the living space.
In order to maximize the floor plan in the house, the design team incorporated the seating and storage spaces along the walls. This helped to create the look of an open and spacious living room.

False Ceiling Linear Light
To give the home a vibrant and lively atmosphere, the designer created bold lines in the false ceiling and the design of the television console.
The asymmetrical angles add a touch of modernity to the calming hues of the interiors.
