The homeowners of this D’Leedon apartment — a couple in their 40s and two kids — requested interior stylist Priscilla Tan (@styledbypt) for a chic and timeless home.
She gravitated towards the classic black and white colour pairing, and spruced it up with polished finishes for a touch of glam.
Floor to Ceiling Windows
Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, the home receives plenty of natural sunlight and views of lush greenery.
The couple chose their own marble slab for this dining table; they paired the Statuario piece with a unique combination of stainless steel and wood legs.
Developer Furnished Unit
As the home was new and well-furnished by the condominium developer, the couple only spent $30,000 on renovation.
This included lighting, electrical works, and tiling; the black-and-white Peranakan tile complements the ikat and geometric patterns spotted on the living room pillows.
Dining Room
“Stainless steel and silver finishes, imbued mostly through small accessories, jazz up the black-and-white colour palette,” says Priscilla.
Master Bedroom
The soft-hued Peranakan tile backdrop adds femininity to the bedroom, which also features a dark wall.
Designer Furniture
The homeowners shopped from places like King Living, P5, Om Furniture and Jehan Gallery.
Children’s Bedroom
The kid’s room is a bright and airy space, accessorised with a range of pastel tones.
