These are some of the programmes part of the inaugural Wellness Festival Singapore that will run from Jun 3 to 12.
Participants can look forward to a 10-day line-up of over 120 physical and virtual
wellness offerings from fitness studios, attractions, hotels, shopping malls, artists and
arts groups and other wellness and lifestyle businesses.

Power Hour Workout
Trade the treadmill for a heart-pumping class while surrounded by lush greenery under the golden rays of the morning sun. The hour-long session is designed to provide an intensive full-body workout to improve strength and endurance. After your workout, fuel up with freshly prepared breakfast dishes that are nutritious and delicious.

Explore Bullet Journaling Workshop
Bullet journaling is a practice that injects mindfulness and focus into daily routines. Learn all about the different components that are used in a bullet journal, after which you will plan and design your own layout.
Each participant will bring home a special wellness care kit featuring artworks from the National Gallery Singapore’s Care Collection, as well as the tools and materials that will help you embark on your own bullet journaling journey.

Natural Beauty Kit
This fun guided walk around historical Joo Chiat finishes up with an experiential skincare workshop. The founder of Medicine Woman Asia, Ajuntha Anwari, will share the various healing properties of plants for the skin, and participants get to make two types of products with natural ingredients to take home. Finish off the evening with refreshments.

Craft Fragrance Experience
Scents are powerful triggers for mood, memory, and emotion. This experience by Oo La Lab invtes guests to discover 27 iconic fragrance notes, the core building blocks of perfumes. A mixologists will work with guests to create a formula based on a shortlist of your favourite notes, which will then be bottled, crimped, capped & labelled for you.
This is a 45-minute immersive experience for anybody who wants to tap into their creativity and channel personal wellness and empowerment via their very own sense of smell.

Zentosa Fest
Organised as part of Sentosa’s 50th-anniversary celebrations, Zentosa Fest leverages on Sentosa’s scenic environment and island charm to help guests escape, rejuvenate, and recharge, away from the stresses of urban living.
It includes specially curated wellness-themed stayover programmes, beach activities, and diverse lifestyle programmes held across Sentosa. For example, the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia will be transformed into an escapade called “Stress Stop”, which will feature meditations, breathwork, and sound bathing sessions. Palawan Green will be transformed into a tentpole Zentosa Festival Village, featuring masterclasses, sports workshops, and outdoor performances.

Becoming Still
This stunning 10-metre art mural by Brilliant Corners is a collaborative feature with visual artist Baked and music artist Cherry Chan. The work culminates interesting aspects such as lotus flowers and the calm gaze of a herbivorous iguana in a kaleidoscopic aquascape enhanced by ambient sound compositions.
Tune in to the gentle soundscape via a QR scan and experience alternative ways of becoming still through the beauty of graffiti letterings and the joy of sound walking.

Waterfront Garden Diaries
Visual artist Susanna Tan invites you to spend meaningful time in nature with a mindful nature walk through the gardens followed by a nature-inspired glass dome workshop. Declutter your mind and focus on nature as you collect the shapes, colours and patterns of the plants found in the garden. Then capture your memories in nature creatively using recycled materials as you create your own glass dome with the unique “plants” of Punggol.
