Angie’s Oyster Bar & Grill
Oysters are said to be aphrodisiacs. As such, Angie’s has included them into its Valentine’s Day 7-course menu.
Starters include sourdough with homemade butters, chilled blue crab and caviar, langoustine chowder, and grilled Hokkaido scallops.
You get to choose from one of the three mains – grass fed fillet mignon, ocean steak, or a vegetarian truffle risotto.
Finally, your 7-course ends with a rose kombucha and dark chocolate tart.
There will be two dinner services:

- 8PM – 10:30PM: $128++ per oax

Dolce Vita
With the backdrop of the Marina Bay skyline, tuck into the five-course menu at Mandarin Oriental’s Dolce Vita.
Titled “San Valentine”, the menu starts with a marinated Hamachi with Oscietra caviar, followed by red prawns risotto, and pan-fried cod.
That’s chased by a pan-roasted Black Angus Beef fillet, before the meal concludes with a classic creme brulee with strawberries compote.
The five-course menu costs $168 per pax.

Altro Zafferano
Perched atop the Ocean Financial Centre, Zafferano wants you to say “Ti Amo” to your partner with its five-course menu. It starts with amuse bouche canapes consisting of foie gras, candied clementine, white asparagus, Hokkaido sea urchin (uni), and caviar.
This is followed by artichoke risotto, scampi tortelli, and your choice of wild dover sole or Hokkaido Wagyu.
Finally, dessert. The men get a Mandarin parfait, while the ladies get a strawberry mousse.
The five-course menu costs $248 per pax.

db Bistro & Oyster Bar by Daniel Boulud
Created by the famed chef Daniel Boulud, db Bistro has yet to release their 2023 Valentine’s Day menu (upon time of writing).
Historically, Daniel Boulud’s Valentine’s Day dinner was four-course menu starting with oscietra caviar with cauliflower mousseline before jumbo lump crab salad with granny smith apples.
For mains, you have a choice between pan-roasted sea bream or filet mignon, both served with black truffles. Finally, end the meal on a sweet note with raspberry and rose bavarois.
The four-course menu costs $140 per pax.

Yardbird Southern Table and Bar
Craving Southern comfort food? Then head to Yardbird for its five-course menu.
While Yardbird used to roll out 5-course menus at $140 per pax in the past, they’ve dropped the set menu system this year in favour of ala carte Valentine’s Day special dishes.
The three special Valentine’s Day dishes include:

Cut is another restaurant owned by a famous chef, this time by Austrian chef Wolfgang Puck.
This Valentine’s Day 2023, the CUT by Wolfgang Puck menu has been streamlined – no multiple dinner services, no varying prices.
There’s only one menu, one choice, and one price.
Your romantic night at CUT begins with amuse boche ranging from Kaluga caviar, uni, to sliders.
Then, you get to choose a starter from the list of seven starters: maple glazed pork belly, crab cakes, Hokkaido scallop, or majestic oysters etc.
Given that this is a steakhouse, your mains range from sirloin, filet mignon, to eye of ribs.
Your meal ends on a sweet note with some classic Valrhona chocolate soufflé and warm apple crumble.
The 4-course Valentine’s Day menu costs $250 per pax.

Spago Dining Room
Spago is another restaurant by Wolfgang Park that focuses on Californian cuisine and it boasts the city’s skyline as it is located at level 57 of the Marina Bay Sands hotel.
For the three-course Valentine’s Day dinner menu, you can choose what dish you want for each course.
Starter options range from Hokkaido scallop, maine lobster, grilled octopus, foie gras “Kaya Toast”, and seafood platter for two (top up $90 total).
Mains include pan-seared sea bream “Laksa”, lobster pot pie, miso black cod, and steaks.
Finally, there are two dessert choices: salted caramel soufflé and black forest mille-fueille.
The three-course menu costs $188 per pax.

Royal Albatross
Fancy you and your partner sailing the seas while enjoying a romantic dinner with champagne in tow?
You can do so with Royal Albatross’ 5-course Valentine’s Day dinner spanning a 2.5 hour sail cruise (departs 8 Sentosa Gateway at 5pm on 14 February 2023).
The dinner begins with a crab cake amuse boche, followed by a scallop, lobster, and caviar starter.
You get a roasted tomato soup before the main, a baked halibut, and veal Osso Buco is served. Finally, the meal ends with a sorbet.
For vegetarians, there is also a entire vegetarian menu for you too.
The five-course menu, drinks, and sail time costs $395 per pax.

Fat Prince (Vegetarian Friendly)
Even though we can’t travel as much, we can still let our tastebuds travel the world. At Fat Prince, you get Middle Eastern kebabs and cocktails (or “koktails” as they have it).
Transport you and your sweet date to the Middle East for a romantic evening starting with a charcoal fired Sakoshi oyster, golden snapper, and Fremantle octopus with pistachio tahini mezzes to share.
You get to choose between a main of short ribs or black cod, followed by chocolate tahini semifrodo to conclude.
Fat Prince’s Middle Eastern romance Valentine’s Day menu costs $158 ++ per pax. Its Valentine’s Day Vegetarian menu costs $118 ++ per pax.

Cé La Vi
Cé La Vi is another restaurant in Marina Bay Sands that boasts amazing panoramic views of Singapore’s cityscape.
Its five-course menu starts with eel and Yellowtail hamachi, lobster tail, followed by an A4 Miyazaki Striploin, and concluding with a rose vanilla mousse on almond sponge.
The five-course menu costs $198 per pax, and wine pairing will cost you an additional $55 per pax.

Odette
Whether a Valentine’s Day menu or not, the breathraking Odette is a sure win for a romantic Valentine’s Day or proposal dinner.
Some time pre-Covid, chef Julien Royer of Odette used to serve up Valentine’s Day menus – well, that was the past when the eight-course V’Day meals were $268.
Today, you’ll have to make do with the 5-course lunch Terre & Mer ($328), 7-course lunch Epicure ($488), 7-course dinner Nature et Decouverte ($348), or 7-course dinner Epicure ($488).
Saint Pierre
Overlooking the beautiful Marina Bay Sands precinct, Saint Pierre is easily one of the most romantic and scenic restaurants in town.
Its Valentine’s Day offerings are split into two – lunch ($298) and dinner ($528) per pax.
For lunch, you get four courses starting with Manjimup Marron, Amela Tomato, Omi Beef, followed by Aomori Apple.
Over dinner, you get Almas Caviar, Manjimup Marron, Dover Sole, Amela Tomato, Pyrenees lamb, Omi beef, Shizuoka strawberry, and finishing with Aomori Apple.
Corner House
Located deep within the lush greeneries of Singapore Botanic Gardens (nearer to Cluny Court), Corner House is a French-Asian cuisine restaurant that will make you and your partner feel like you’re dining in Bali.
The one Michelin Star restaurant has yet to release their Valentine’s Day menu and prices (as of time of writing).
For reference, their most recent Christmas lunches ranged from $168 to $268 (for 5 and 7-course), while their Christmas dinners ranged from $228 to $308 (5 and 7-courses).

Bincho at Hua Bee
If you and your partner have tried all the typical romantic restaurants in Singapore, here is something a little more “underground” and unique – although your wallets must be deep enough.
Bincho at Hua Bee is one of Singapore’s most sought-after yakitori restaurants located in the idyllic and quiet Tiong Bahru walk-up apartment estate.
Their Valentine’s Day menu is priced pretty nicely at $138 per pax. Seating starts from 6pm. You get seven dishes – assorted sashimi, sushi, pork belly, mountain vegetable tempura, sea bream, boston lobster sando, and finished with a varlhona chocolate cake. You get a glass of sparkling sake to accompany your meal, too.
Bincho at Hua Bee is definitely a place to be seen and to see:
“This is a 70-year old traditional coffee shop which transforms into a trendy Japanese restaurant and bar at night! It combines an old-school mee pok stall with a cool open-concept yakitori grill and a copper- wrapped cocktail bar. Really inspiring and unique!” shares Chloe Elkerton, co-founder of E&A Interiors.

The Coastal Settlement
The dim lights and intimate dining spaces make this restaurant perfect for private, cosy dates. Part of its charm comes from the vintage paraphernalia scattered throughout the space.
While The Coastal Settlement has yet to release their Valentine’s Day menu (or perhaps there isn’t any), ala carte mains range from $21 for a vegetarian mushroom burger to $56 for a signature grilled grouper.
